Location: Kalasin & Sikhiu Plant, Thailand Workplace type: On-site As an HR Manager for our Kalasin & Sikhiu manufacturing plants, you will serve as a strategic business partner and people leader, enabling our plant teams to thrive through effective talent management, performance improvement, employee engagement, and compliance with Thai labor law. You will play a pivotal role in driving HR strategies that support operational excellence and business growth. What you will do : Act as a trusted advisor to plant leadership teams across Kalasin and Sikhiu sites Lead employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives Partner with TA and L&D teams to recruit, develop, and retain top talent Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and labor law compliance Lead local implementation of HR policies, compensation reviews, and reward programs Ensure compliance with Thai labor regulations and internal policies Provide HR reporting, analytics, and process improvements to enable data-driven decisions What you will bring : Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration, or related discipline. Work experience in HR field, preferably in a MFG environment and in MGR position is a plus. Team player, proactive, creative, creative, able to multi-task and work independently with minimal direction. Strong written and oral communication skills, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills. Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
