Work Flexibility: Field-based As an Individual contributor position this role is pivotal in unifying all the elements of successful Accounts Management & New projects that will not only strengthen relationship but also unlock untapped value for both – Stryker and our Key Accounts. This position will champion the Customer’s voice within Stryker while simultaneously advocating a Solution Centric approach within the Key Account, built around strategic offering of Stryker’s portfolio. The basic expectation from this position is to strengthen existing relations and to establish new relationships in newly acquired accounts while insulating these accounts from competition. This position focuses on Long Term gain and strives to maximize business opportunity within the Key Accounts. New upcoming hospital Project support, execution, and delivery of medical device projects. The role involves gathering customer requirements, coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, managing project documentation, and supporting product implementation from project initiation through customer handover. Demonstrated ability to work both collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team-oriented environment Drive & assertiveness for results Ready to take responsibilities and can lead territory with minimal supervision. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
