Think of yourself as the one who’ll plan, direct, or coordinate the Human Resource Activities of the site, so not just anyone is qualified for this role! We make sure we get the best of the best. Now we need your full concentration because it’s time to imagine what it’s like to be a Human Resources Manager. Imagine yourself going to work with one thing on your mind: you will partner with the business and functional stakeholders to establish and execute Human Resources Strategies that drive business performance. As you tackle your new tasks for the day, you know that it comes down to one thing: You will help formulate initiatives to improve eSAT that drive maximum employee satisfaction. As a Human Resources Manager, you will provide counseling to employees and supervisors as needed and appropriate. You will be responsible for the orientation of new staff members and training. You will oversee all employee relations, counseling, and disciplining employees. You will be in charge of terminations, and you’ll be providing exit interviews. You will also work in drafting and implementing employee rules, regulations, and policies that would govern our employees’ standards of behavior, which should be aligned with the Global Policies of the Company. You must have an effective partnership with the internal teams (leadership, Operations, marketing, BED, recruitment, etc.) to ensure the success of the HR Operations Department. You will also work with the legal team on any and all documentation and/or compliance matters (i.e., Ministry of Labor, other regulatory agencies) as well as in instances where labor litigation is needed. Essentially, you are responsible for making sure that the TaskUs Core Values are inculcated into each and every employee on your site. You would be the Company’s voice in making sure that these are effectively communicated to all. So, do you have what it takes to become a Human Resources Manager?
Requirements
So, what is it we’re looking for? Well, since this is a manager post, we need someone who has: At least 10 years of relevant experience in Human Resource Management. We also need someone who’s knowledgeable in strategic planning, employee relations, and labor litigation.
Experience
in the BPO industry and working with multi-jurisdictional teams is a plus! If you have a background in corporate social responsibility/ advocacy work and you’re knowledgeable in preparing project proposals and progress reports, that would be a plus as well.
