Job Title Internship: Brand & Marketing Communication (Sonicare) Job Description Start Date: as soon as possible Duration: at least 6 months, preferred 9 months Type: Internship (thesis is possible, but it has to be discussed, the workload allows for 1 day per week so that a student can work on its own project) Weekly Presence: 40h (minimum 32h) Location: Amsterdam (3x per week) Please keep in mind that we only accept applications from students that will be enrolled at the university for the whole internship duration! Internship: Brand & Marketing Communication (Sonicare) Join a young and dynamic team who focuses on asset creating and advertising for Sonicare. The team is also responsible for end to end brand building. Your role: Support the development of marketing communications plans. Support marketing communications briefing, planning, and message development. Work within the business to create master assets/content aligned with consumer, professional, and shopper needs, fit for various platforms, and meeting market and transcreation requirements, ultimately ensuring activation at the local level. Support delivery of consumer content across channels, including omni-channel, CRM, app, and website, aimed at enhancing the consumer experience and boosting sales, and ensures shopper communications align with internal standards and suit the market channel context. Help to analyze standards for effectiveness of the marketing communications plans and integrated campaigns to raise the norms collaborating with media/ops, flagship, production and regional teams. You're the right fit if: You are currently pursuing a Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Marketing Communications, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations or equivalent. You have interest in brand building. You are creative and are aware of the industry standards. You are proactive, willing to learn, and identify opportunities quickly. How we work together We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations. Monthly full-time allowance between €500 - €700 gross, depending on educational level and if you would need to relocate to The Netherlands. If you will perform a part-time internship you will receive the allowance pro-rata. Housing compensation, in case of relocating to the vicinity of the office, €300,- net if location is in the vicinity of Amsterdam, €255,- net for all other Philips locations. You need to provide a rental contract of the land lord, and your normal home-work travel distance need to be more than 50 km or travel time (one way trip) need to be more than 1.5 hours. Travel compensation, if you are not eligible for a free public transport card; you will receive max. €192,- net. Paid holidays per internship term. About Philips We are a health technology company.
