Enterprise Project Manager (M&A Integration Focus)

Job Description Want to take your project management expertise to new levels? Come join our team of highly skilled portfolio and project managers in the Enterprise Project Management Office team. This role will be focused on support of the Integration Management Office within the EPMO and report to the Vice President of Enterprise PMO. The Enterprise PMO is responsible for leading projects for the Transformation Office including important M&A Integration Projects. In addition to Integration projects, will also be assigned as cross-functional project leader for other high impact, Enterprise-wide projects as bandwidth and experience align. As Project Manager, you will lead high impact Enterprise projects by leveraging deep project management expertise; manage project timeline, deliverables and execution leading cross functional teams of subject matter experts; and be accountable for stakeholder communication and risk management. Your background and experience in a specific area will support your assignments to specific projects. Primary assignments for Enterprise Project Managers will be projects that involve multiple Agilent functions and need neutral facilitation to balance multiple sponsors and stakeholders. Specific responsibilities include: Lead key strategic cross-functional projects by leveraging deep project management expertise Special emphasis on leading large cross-functional teams through an M&A Integration including close interactions with VP GMs and Executive Leadership and functional team members. Other Enterprise projects will complete your portfolio of projects when bandwidth allows. Manage project timeline, deliverables, and execution, operating with subject matter experts in various functions as needed Translate project needs into specific deliverables that evolve the commercial model Ensure projects meet performance targets by adhering to processes, and follow standard tracking and reporting for projects Monitor and escalate identified issues and performance deviations Design stakeholder management and communication plan to customize to the needs of the project and the stakeholders. And engage with change management specialist to design and deploy change management activities Organize and run project meetings, clearly documenting project progress using standard templates and processes Ensure monitoring against project objectives throughout the execution Ensure operational handover of project deliverables (processes, tools…) at project closure Participate in continuously evolving and developing the project management center of excellence capabilities Actively engaged in success of the project—formulates and actions solutions to address challenges. Able to translate complex project information to critical risks and issues for senior leaders. Qualifications Required Bachelors or Masters University Degree or equivalent. 10+ years of experience in project management at all levels of the organization Solid track record of working across multiple functions in a matrixed organization. Demonstrated skill in partner management and meeting facilitation. Agilent business acumen and familiarity with how to navigate in complex global environment Effective interpersonal skills in teamwork, negotiation, and networking Demonstrated ability to manage complexity and uncertainty while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent listening and written & verbal communication skills Preferred Experience in M&A Processes and Stage Gate as functional lead or project leader. Project Management certification (e.g. PMP) Additional Details This job has a full time weekly schedule. It includes the option to work remotely. The full-time equivalent pay range for this position is $143,760.00 - $269,550.00/yr plus eligibility for bonus, stock and benefits. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
