Job Summary
The Airport Business Operations Manager works closely with development, sales and operations and is responsible for overseeing all day-to-day functions of airport program(s) in specific airports. They work directly with advertisers, contractors, and airport staff – representing Clear Channel Airports, advocating for the market, facilitating sales, overseeing operations, and maintaining airport relations.
Job Responsibilities
Drives revenue growth through targeted, customer-centric initiatives and effective stakeholder partnerships. Achieves revenue goals through strategic marketing, digital strategies, and accurate reporting. Generates new opportunities and grows market share by leveraging marketplace insights. Collaborates with Sales, Operations, and Finance to establish standards and drive performance. Implements enterprise-wide changes and standardization initiatives locally. Enhances market presence through internal and external marketing efforts. Builds strong relationships with airport authorities and key stakeholders to boost revenue. Manages signage inventory, installation schedules, and repairs. Works with Sales Manager to optimize pricing, marketing, and contract reviews. Facilitates sales opportunities through airport walkthroughs and meetings. Performs other duties and projects as assigned.
Job Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, experience, or military experience. Work
Experience
Five (5) + years of leadership in sales, marketing, development, properties and/or project management. Project Management and Operations Management experience preferred. Skills Able to multi-task and balance multiple priorities. Ability to identify root cause of issues and quickly work to resolve them. Proficient in Microsoft software applications (i.e., Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Physical Demands The demands described below are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Employee must have the ability to sit and/or stand at a desk for a minimum of eight (8) hours a day and complete tasks requiring repetitive use of hands. Employee must have the ability to see written documents and computer screens, and to adjust focus. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to lift, pull, push, and position ladders, material, and equipment, occasionally more than 50 pounds. Requirements
Able to travel up to 30-40% of the time for periodic corporate meetings, sales related meetings, spend time with team members and industry events. When needed, able to work beyond normal business hours to help meet critical deadlines. Has a valid driver’s license. Access to a reliable vehicle.
