Your responsibilities: Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline using creative attraction and engagement strategies Own the full recruitment cycle: attracting, shortlisting, selecting, and hiring top talent – plus supporting exit interviews Act as a consulting partner for hiring managers, providing market insights and talent strategies Contribute to onboarding/offboarding processes to ensure a consistent and positive employee experience Help design future recruitment campaigns, from messaging to channel selection and event co-creation Manage relationships with internal stakeholders and deliver high-quality recruitment services aligned with business goals Support employer branding initiatives and bring fresh ideas to strengthen our brand presence Be social media savvy and ready to showcase our culture online Why join us? Personality requirements and skills Minimum of 2-3 years relevant experience with End2End recruitment is mandatory - preferably in HR corporate environment C1 English, any other language skills is appreciated Agile mindset Wage (gross) 1.768 EUR/month *By legal requirement we are providing the information about the basic wage component (minimum salary) for the advertised position. Based on your experience/profile, the final financial conditions will be the subject to discuss and negotiate at the personal interview, however, not less than above mentioned minimum salary component.
