Role Summary As an Operations Associate First Line Support, you will join the Management Accounting domain and act as the first point of contact for support requests. You'll help resolve issues efficiently, provide excellent stakeholder support, and contribute to the continuous improvement of our services and processes. Working in an international environment, you'll collaborate with colleagues across multiple locations and play an important role in ensuring operational excellence across the organization. About the Team You will be part of an international, multidisciplinary squad within the Procurement & Cost Management Tribe. Our teams consist of business professionals and technology specialists working together in an agile environment to deliver solutions for stakeholders across ING. The squad works closely with colleagues based in the Philippines, India, Amsterdam, and other ING locations worldwide. We value collaboration, ownership, customer focus, and a continuous improvement mindset. What You'll Be Doing Receive and manage incoming support requests through phone, email, and chat channels. Investigate and resolve first-line operational and technical issues. Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams when needed. Maintain accurate documentation and reporting of support activities. Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders across multiple countries. Identify opportunities to improve support processes and customer experience. Contribute to a high-performing and collaborative agile team. What We're Looking For Completed education with relevant knowledge and skills. Experience in customer service, operations support, helpdesk support, or a similar role is an advantage. Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with international stakeholders. A customer-focused mindset with a passion for helping others. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and remain organized when managing multiple priorities. Basic knowledge of IT systems, applications, and software tools.
