Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Mental Health Four (4) years direct service experience with the mentally ill, preferably adults preferred Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Certifications & Licensure: Valid California Driver’s License with an eligible driving record per company policy (Class “B” license preferred). Core Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with individuals experiencing serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI), team members, and the public. How you will make a difference: Responsible for helping residents meet service and resource needs including housing, vocational/educational services, transportation and other social support services. Division/Program Overview: Program: The TAY Crisis Residential Treatment (CRT) facility is a short-term voluntary residential facility. Designed to help Transitional Age Youth (TAY), ages 18-25, who experience a psychiatric crisis to safely stabilize, recover, and transition back to community.
