Job description
Your responsibilities Updating the Skills VX (internal Learning Management System) including uploading certificates, creating and updating events, and reporting Registering events such as training and workshops on the internal company’s online platform Updating client portals and supporting Training Specialists in maintaining data quality Performing basic administrative tasks related to the training of offshore and onshore crews Supporting other relevant administrative requests, including ad hoc tasks Our Requirements Good communication skills to maintain close dialogue with employees Full professional proficiency in written and oral English (minimum B2 level) Experienced MS Office user, especially proficient in Excel Detail-oriented approach Self-discipline and task-oriented mindset Previous experience in a similar role (nice to have, but not mandatory) What we offer Great opportunity to work in an international company that values employees and provides right environment for right people Hybrid work (3 days from the office, 2 days from home) Agency contract for 6 months with the possibility of extension Strong focus on work-life balance Chance to contribute in the high-level service provided to our rigs globally Parking space Pastries and fruits in the office Office located in well-communicated city area in Gdańsk Centre This job position is open in Poland - candidates must have current legal authorisation to live and work in Poland.
