For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Deputy Manager - Production Job Description We are looking for an experienced professional to lead and manage Peptide Manufacturing operations. The role involves end-to-end ownership of production planning, peptide API synthesis and purification, and continuous process improvement. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining production quality through investigations, validations, deviations, change controls, CAPAs, and customer complaint handling. Day-to-day responsibilities include verifying raw materials and equipment readiness, identifying breakdowns or abnormal observations, and defining clear duties for team members. Manage and supervise end-to-end operations of Peptide Manufacturing to ensure seamless production execution. Drive production planning including scheduling, resource allocation, and capacity management for peptide manufacturing activities. Lead Peptide API Synthesis & Purification processes with a focus on continuous improvement, yield optimization, and process efficiency within the Production Department. Maintain and uphold production quality standards by actively supporting investigations, validations, deviation management, change controls, CAPAs, and resolution of customer complaints. Ensure timely verification of resources including raw materials, clean apparatus, and equipment prior to production runs. Identify, escalate, and document equipment breakdowns and abnormal observations promptly to minimize operational disruptions. Define and communicate roles and responsibilities for each team member to ensure clarity, accountability, and smooth workflow.
