Be the First to Apply Job Description HR Transformation & Project Management Lead – CHRO’s OfficeThe HR Transformation & Project Management Lead will be responsible for providing strategic support, operational coordination, and project management expertise to the CHRO and the broader executive team. This position plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and effective functioning of the CHRO's office, driving the execution of key initiatives and priorities, and enabling HR digital transformation through the adoption of technology, data analytics, automation, and AI-driven solutions to enhance decision-making, employee experience, and operational efficiency across Piramal Pharma Limited (PPL). KEY STAKEHOLDERS: INTERNAL •HR Leadership Team •Pharma Executive Council •Site HR and Site Heads •CXOs across Piramal Pharma Limited (PPL) •Function Heads •Corporate Communication KEY STAKEHOLDERS: EXTERNAL •Consultants •Vendors REPORTING STRUCTURE: Will report to - Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) QUALIFICATION: B.E / B.Tech degree and Master’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration EXPERIENCE: •7+ years of proven experience in a senior leadership, transformation, or executive support role within a complex organization. •Strong understanding of end-to-end Human Resources processes with experience in driving digital and AI-enabled HR initiatives. •Proven track record of managing complex, cross-functional HR projects and technology implementations with strong execution discipline, governance, and on-time delivery across multiple stakeholders. •Strong strategic thinking and analytical capability, with the ability to leverage data, dashboards, and digital tools to translate vision into actionable plans. •Excellent project management, stakeholder management, and communication skills, with high discretion and integrity in handling confidential matters. •Demonstrated strong expertise in AI-driven HR solutions, automation, and advanced analytics, with the ability to identify, implement, and scale AI use cases to transform HR processes and enable data-driven decision-making. •Experience in working across multiple businesses or geographies. •Project Management: Lead and manage strategic projects and AI-driven initiatives on behalf of the CHRO. Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and resource requirements. Develop project plans, monitor progress, and ensure timely delivery. Identify and mitigate risks, resolve issues, and drive effective project governance. Manage multiple HR programs in parallel across businesses and geographies • •Executive Support: Provide high-level support to the CHRO, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing presentations, and handling confidential and sensitive information. Conduct research (including on new-age AI technology) and analysis and provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making. Act as a central point of contact and liaison between the CHRO and other departments or stakeholders. Coordinate and facilitate communication, decision-making, and information flow across the organization. Streamline operational processes and drive improvement initiatives. • •Performance Measurement and Reporting: Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track progress and outcomes of strategic initiatives. Prepare reports, presentations, leverage AI and dashboards for the CHRO and executive team, highlighting key performance indicators, trends, and areas for improvement. • •Stakeholder management: Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, clients, and partners.
