Job Title Market Access Manager, IGT-D Job Description IGT-D Market Access Manager 部门: IGT-D Greater China 汇报对象: Regional Business Unit Leader, IGT-D Greater China 工作地点: 上海/北京 Position Summary The Market Access Manager is responsible for developing and executing market access strategies to ensure sustainable reimbursement, pricing, and healthcare policy support for the IGT-D portfolio in Greater China. This role will work closely with commercial, clinical, marketing, government affairs, and health economics stakeholders to drive patient access, accelerate technology adoption, and support business growth. Responsibilities

1. Market Access Strategy Development Develop and implement market access strategies for IGT-D product portfolios, including IVUS, ELCA, OmniWire, Peripheral Vascular (PV) products, and future innovations. Monitor healthcare policy, reimbursement, procurement, and pricing developments at national, provincial, and hospital levels. Identify opportunities and risks arising from healthcare reforms, DRG/DIP implementation, and reimbursement policy changes. 2. Reimbursement & Coverage Expansion Lead reimbursement and charging code initiatives across targeted provinces and hospitals. Collaborate with key stakeholders to secure reimbursement pathways and improve patient affordability. Drive inclusion of IGT-D technologies in local charging catalogs, clinical pathways, and payer coverage policies. Track reimbursement implementation progress and develop plans to accelerate adoption. 3. Government Affairs & External Stakeholder Engagement Build and maintain relationships with: NHSA Provincial Healthcare Security Administrations Health Commissions Hospital management Professional societies and key opinion leaders Support policy advocacy activities in alignment with Philips compliance requirements. 4. Evidence Generation & Health Economics Partner with Clinical Affairs and Medical Affairs teams to develop value propositions for IGT-D technologies. Support generation of health economic evidence, budget-impact analyses, and value dossiers. Translate clinical and economic evidence into meaningful messages for payers and policymakers. 5. Cross-functional Leadership Work closely with: Sales Marketing Central MA Team Government Affairs Legal & Compliance Provide market access expertise during new product launches and strategic business planning. Support commercial teams in developing regional access plans and key account strategies. 6. Project Management & Performance Tracking Lead market access projects from planning through execution. Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor reimbursement progress, policy developments, and business impact. Regularly communicate access achievements, challenges, and opportunities to leadership teams.

Qualifications

Education

Bachelor's degree or above in Healthcare Management, Public Health, Health Economics, Pharmacy, Medicine, or related disciplines. MBA or advanced healthcare-related degree preferred.

Experience

5-8+ years of experience in: Market Access Reimbursement Government Affairs Health Economics Healthcare Policy

Experience

in Medical Devices required. Proven experience managing provincial or national reimbursement initiatives. Competencies Strong understanding of: China's healthcare system NHSA policies DRG/DIP reforms Reimbursement pathways Medical device market access environment Strong analytical and strategic thinking capabilities. Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills. Strong project management and cross-functional leadership capabilities. Fluent in Mandarin and English. Success Metrics Number of provinces/hospitals obtaining reimbursement coverage. Expansion of charging codes and payment pathways. Patient access improvement and adoption acceleration. Contribution to sales growth of IVUS, ELCA, PV-IVUS and related portfolios. Successful execution of NHSA and provincial market access projects.
