Daily Work Description: Responsible for the operation management of factory facilities (transformer and distribution station, water chillers, air conditioners, air compressors, vacuum pumps, cooling water) Responsible for the inspection, maintenance and daily upkeep of the above factory facilities Responsible for the maintenance and repair of factory facilities in the production plant and office areas, including doors, floors, ceilings, lighting fixtures, water supply and drainage, ventilation, etc. Supply water, electricity and gas to the production line and handle emergency situations and solve problems related to the air conditioning system Record data from water, electricity and gas meters and conduct chart analysis Assist in the supervision and assistance of construction projects for factory facility renovations Job Requirements: College degree or above, with an electrician operation certificate Over 8 years of experience in maintenance and repair of factory facilities and equipment, and 2 years of experience in cleanroom operations Able to understand electrical assembly and wiring diagrams of equipment, and preferred candidates should have a senior electrician operation certificate, a high-voltage electrician certificate, or a welder certificate Familiar with factory facilities, including power supply, chillers, air conditioning units, industrial pure water, air compressors, vacuum systems, etc. Proficient in using common office software (Word documents, Excel, PPT, etc.) Strong communication and expression skills, with a good sense of responsibility, and able to strictly carry out the tasks assigned by this position Good teamwork and service awareness Able to work on both day shifts and night shifts We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
