Job Description: Be responsible for HVAC system operation and maintenance, including chiller, pump, cooling tower, individual air-conditioner, MAU, AHU, FCU, exhaust fan and waste gas treatment system Be responsible for clean room environment condition sustaining, including particle control, temperature and humidity control Be responsible for electric power supply system operation and maintenance, including high-voltage station, transformer, distribution cabinet & switch, lighting Be responsible for building management system maintenance and improvement Be responsible for energy management, including data collection and analysis, as well as energy cost reduction project & renewal energy replacement Be responsible for new added and improvement project in above systems Be responsible for the related operation & maintenance procedure preparation or update for above systems Requirements: Bachelor's degreedegree or above in engineering, prefer in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air-Conditioning), at least 5 years experiences in facility operation or project management Familiar with HVAC, electric power system, air-compressor, process cooling water, building management system, as well as clean room management Good at team working, passion, cooperation & patience Good at reading & writing English skill, including English document preparation Prefer to have work experiences in joint-venture or foreign manufacturing companies, especially in Photo-electronics product manufacturing industry We are an equal opportunity employer and value diversity at our company.
