Job Summary

The Analyst II, Pricing supports the development, analysis, and implementation of pricing strategies for goods and services. This role leverages market data, customer insights, and financial analysis to optimize revenue, profitability, and market competitiveness. The analyst partners with cross-functional teams to provide pricing recommendations, evaluate pricing performance, and ensure pricing accuracy across systems. Key

Responsibilities

Analyze market trends, competitive pricing, customer behavior, and business performance data to support pricing decisions. Develop and maintain pricing models, reporting tools, and databases that support pricing strategy and decision-making. Evaluate customer price sensitivity and elasticity to identify revenue optimization opportunities. Perform pricing analysis to support new product launches, promotional initiatives, and pricing changes. Provide recommendations regarding pricing strategies, policies, and process improvements. Partner with Finance, Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations teams to gather and interpret data relevant to pricing decisions. Monitor the impact of pricing changes and provide ongoing analysis of pricing effectiveness. Ensure accurate and timely implementation of pricing updates across systems and tools. Support compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and internal pricing guidelines. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate pricing insights and recommendations. Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related field and 2-5 years of relevant experience OR High School Diploma/GED and 6-9 years of relevant pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics experience 2+ years of experience in pricing analysis, pricing strategy, revenue management, business analytics, or related analytical functions.

Experience

analyzing large data sets and translating findings into business recommendations.

Experience

using Microsoft Excel for data analysis and reporting. Knowledge of pricing methodologies, market analysis, and performance measurement.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience

with pricing software, business intelligence tools, or data visualization platforms (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).

Experience

supporting product pricing, promotions, or revenue optimization initiatives.

Experience

working in a cross-functional business environment. Knowledge of statistical analysis and forecasting techniques.
