Job Responsibilities
Lead and develop a team of Business Intelligence Developers located in Poland. Manage team capacity, priorities, and delivery of BI initiatives and operational support activities. Oversee the design, development, and maintenance of reporting, dashboarding, and analytics solutions. Partner with business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into scalable data solutions. Establish and promote BI development standards, data governance practices, and quality assurance processes. Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, automation, and adoption of emerging analytics technologies. Minimum
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years of experience delivering Business Intelligence, analytics, or reporting solutions. 2+ years of people leadership experience managing technical teams.
Experience
working with modern BI platforms such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar reporting technologies.
Experience
with SQL and data warehouse environments.
Experience
partnering with business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver analytics solutions. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience
managing distributed or global teams.
Experience
working within Agile or Scrum delivery models.
Experience
with Snowflake, Databricks, dbt, or modern cloud data platforms. Familiarity with data governance practices and metadata management solutions.

The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 203 000 and 305 000PLN The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
