The position is responsible for scheduling and coordinating meetings, interviews, and investigative activities, supporting the documentation of investigations, maintaining accurate records and tracking systems, and serving as a primary point of contact for the Inspector General’s office. Responsibilities
Maintain extensive tracking log and other spreadsheets and databases. Create board reports, summaries, and charts that provide real-time data of investigations. Draft findings letters for completed investigations. Review Electronic Incident Reports (eIRs) from state-owned facilities and review Critical Incident Reports from private facilities. Arrange travel and interpreters, if necessary. Provide administrative support in development of training programs Document team meetings and track follow-up assignments, Ensure compliance with agency confidentiality policies and applicable federal and state privacy laws (e.g., HIPAA).
