The role works closely with cross-functional teams to deliver market intelligence, tracking, and insights that drive business growth. The team plays a key role in advancing Novonesis’ purpose by supporting the identification of business opportunities and delivering high-quality intelligence to shape regional strategies. Your Key Responsibilities in this role: Support the LATAM Marketing team in developing comprehensive market analyses and competitive intelligence; Track business opportunities and generate actionable insights to inform strategic and commercial decisions; Collaborate with internal stakeholders across the Food & Beverage segment in Latin America; Maintain and organize market data to support ongoing business reporting and strategy execution. What you'll need to be successful in this role: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Production Engineering, International Relations, Foreign Trade, International Business, Statistics, Data Science, Engineering, Commercial Management, or related fields; Advanced English proficiency (mandatory); Advanced MS Excel and solid knowledge of MS Office suite; Strong analytical and numerical reasoning skills; Availability to work 30 hours per week; Good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; Strong organizational skills and sharp attention to detail; Proactive mindset with a strong willingness to learn and take initiative; Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic and multidisciplinary environment.
