Work Flexibility: Field-based Associate Territory Manager - Joint Replacement - Canberra, ACT Join Stryker's Joint Replacement division and support a portfolio that helps surgeons perform hip and knee replacement procedures across Canberra and the surrounding region. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in medical device sales while working with leading orthopaedic technology, including Stryker's MAKO robotic-arm assisted platform. You'll partner with experienced Territory Managers, gain hands-on clinical and commercial experience, and develop the technical expertise needed to succeed in a high-performance healthcare environment. What You Will Do Support surgeons during hip and knee replacement procedures. Provide clinical and technical support in operating theatres. Learn and support MAKO robotic-assisted surgery technology. Build relationships with surgeons, nurses, and theatre staff. Partner with Territory Managers to execute territory plans. Assist with account management and sales growth activities. Prepare surgical cases, instruments, and implant logistics. Maintain product knowledge across Joint Replacement technologies. What You Will Need Required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Science, Physiotherapy, Nursing, Engineering, Exercise Science, Business, or a related discipline. Valid driver's licence. Ability to travel regularly throughout Canberra and surrounding regional areas. Ability to work in operating theatre environments.

Preferred Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in healthcare, medical devices, clinical support, pharmaceuticals, sales, engineering, or a customer-facing role.

Experience

supporting healthcare professionals or customers in a technical environment.

Experience

coordinating equipment, inventory, logistics, or project-based activities. Exposure to orthopaedics, surgery, rehabilitation, sports medicine, or implantable medical devices. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
