This Position reports to: Product Market Manager JOB PROFILE SUMMARY Focus on the Physical AI (intelligence in the physical world, including embodied intelligence, industrial robots, machine vision, world models, physical intelligent hardware). You will be responsible for identifying, connecting, implementing and operating upstream & downstream partners, linking technology, hardware and scenarios resources, and building the Physical AI industrial ecosystem. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES CORE RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Ecosystem Research & Partner Sourcing • Map the full Physical AI industrial chain: upstream; midstream; downstream end-users & system integrators covering smart manufacturing. • Research industry leaders, startups, university labs, industry associations and industrial alliances; build and continuously update a Physical AI partner database. • Proactively liaise and deliver opportunity assessment reports. 2. Cooperation Design & Business Negotiation • Design diversified collaboration models based on the company’s proprietary Physical AI technologies/products: joint R&D, hardware-software adaptation, co-developed solutions, joint project delivery, open-source ecosystem construction. • Conduct business negotiations, align collaboration terms, draft and follow up on MOUs and formal cooperation agreements, coordinate legal, technical and product teams for contract review and signing. 3. Ecosystem Partner Operation • Establish a partner tiering system (Strategic Partners, Key Partners, General Partners), and design differentiated enablement plans. • Manage daily communication with partners, resolve cross-party collaboration bottlenecks. • Collect partner feedback and share insights with internal teams. • Monitor Physical AI industry trends, policy updates and competitors’ ecosystem strategies; submit benchmark analysis reports. COLLABORATION / LEADERSHIP • Collaborations with internal support teams/product teams/Execution teams, communications with external ecosystem partner/ cutting-edge Physical AI technology company, startup and leading players. • Weekly/Bi-weekly reports to Ecosystem Business Manager, update the progress to Stec-members and management team timely. QUALIFICATIONS 1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in Robotics / Automation / Computer Science / Business related fields. 2. 1–3 years BD or customers related experience. 3. Market Intelligence 4.
