JOB DESCRIPTION: Primary Function FP&A analyst for the Japan CRM business Major
Responsibilities
General: Reporting to the CRM Finance Director The CRM FP&A Analyst will be the finance partner for the Japan CRM commercial team. The CRM FP&A Analyst‘s main responsibility of the CRM FP&A Analyst will be to lead/support all aspects of budgeting, forecasting, and management reporting for the Japan CRM business with finance manager. The CRM FP&A Analyst will also control capital expenses, variable and fixed operating expenses, headcount management, and working capital. Coordinating with other Abbott Medical Japan BU finance, the CRM FP&A Analyst may provide periodic support such as month-end reports to several Japan-based global function teams. At the direction of the CRM Finance Director, the CRM FP&A Analyst may help drive strategic projects for CRM or the overall AMJ enterprise. The CRM FP&A Analyst will assist in performing oversight to ensure completeness and accuracy of the financial statements (together with the CFS and other related functions) and compliance with all laws, regulations, and Abbott Office of Ethics and Compliance (OEC) policies. Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Background: 3+ years of Finance and/or Accounting experience, preferably for a multinational company. Strong in Excel Preferred Requirement
Experience
in multinational healthcare industry preferred. Bilingual in Japanese and English (speaking/reading/writing) Macro experience preferred Japan or US CPA preferred The base pay for this position is N/A In specific locations, the pay range may vary from the range posted.
