Job Title Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist – Azurion Eye Job Description Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist – Azurion Eye As a Senior Clinical Marketing Specialist within the Azurion Eye program, you represent the voice of the interventional cardiologist and cath lab team throughout product development. You translate real-world PCI workflows into product development requirements. Your role: Translate interventional cardiology workflows into structured product requirements and user stories within PDLM Validate AI-driven documentation outputs for clinical accuracy, completeness, and usability Ensure compliance with regulatory, QMS, and quality standards while supporting risk management and V&V activities Define clinical acceptance criteria for features under development Generate post-market clinical evidence to support claims and product performance Monitor field performance (Field of Knowledge / FoK) from a clinical perspective Update clinical evidence and claims based on post-market findings You're the right fit if: Bachelor's or Master's degree in a clinical, biomedical, or related field. Clinical experience in interventional cardiology or the cath lab environment (e.g., Cath Lab Nurse, Clinical Specialist, Cardiovascular Technologist, Physiologist, or equivalent). Deep understanding of the PCI workflow, including lesion assessment, physiology, stent deployment, optimization, and post-procedure evaluation.
Experience
with cath lab technologies such as interventional X-ray, intravascular imaging, physiology systems, and hemodynamic monitoring.
Experience
translating clinical needs into product requirements, use cases, or clinical claims within MedTech. Knowledge of clinical evidence generation, claims validation, and regulated product development (MDR/FDA/QMS). Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Nice to have
Experience
with AI-enabled clinical workflows or decision-support solutions.
Experience
working in agile product development teams.
Experience
with post-market surveillance and field performance monitoring Compensation & benefits Doing meaningful work should come with fair, transparent rewards. The base salary range for this role is €78187–€130312. We determine pay within the range using objective factors, like the skills the role requires, your relevant experience and the responsibility you'll have in this role, alongside internal equity and local market considerations. This role is eligible for 3% bonus, with your rewards linked to KPIs/company results. We’ll share the full approach with you during the interview process, so you can make a clear, informed decision.
