In this role, you will manage multiple projects simultaneously, partnering with cross-functional teams to execute project plans, manage risk, and ensure projects are delivered in alignment with quality, cost, and timeline objectives. What You Will Do Lead multiple business integration and operational readiness projects from planning through execution. Develop and manage project charters, project plans, work breakdown structures, and project schedules. Define and manage project scope in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders. Monitor project timelines, budgets, risks, and quality plans to support successful project delivery. Identify, assess, and manage project risks and develop mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Coordinate communication plans and provide project updates to stakeholders across multiple functions. Incorporate stakeholder and end-user feedback into project planning and execution activities. Partner with Quality, Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and other business functions to support product and process launch activities. What You Will Need Required

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. Minimum 4 years of experience in project management, program management, engineering, manufacturing, operations, or other related technical roles.

Experience

using project management and project planning tools.

Experience

with Microsoft Project, Microsoft Plan, or similar project scheduling tools. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.

Preferred Qualifications

PMP certification, PMP diploma, or equivalent project management certification.

Experience

supporting manufacturing operations, product launches, business integrations, or operational readiness initiatives.

working in regulated industries. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
