Senior Facilities Specialist

This position reports to: HSE Manager __ Your role and responsibilities (Mandatory) In this role, you will have the opportunity to be a tenured member of the Real Estate function in the given geography/specialized area who owns a specific area of responsibility/topic within the function. Each day, you will improve efficiency, performance, and cost-effective service delivery, by analyzing and proposing the plan of actions for the function. You will also showcase your expertise by supporting the systems implementation/upgrade in your area of functional responsibility. The work model for the role is: #LI-OnSite This role is contributing to the Electrification Business in Juarez, Nuevo Leon. You will be mainly accountable for: Participating in defining, implementing, and continuously optimizing processes, procedures, and action plans for improvement, within area of functional responsibility, in alignment with the group guidelines, policies, and procedures. Recommending, developing, and assisting in the implementation of special programs, in your area of functional specialty. Providing support for special real estate initiatives. Ensuring accurate and up-to-date maintenance of ABB owned/leased/rented property databases and other relevant records.
Qualifications
for the role (Mandatory) Bachelor's degree in electrical, automation, robotics, mechanical, or a related engineering field. 4+ years of experience in similar roles as a facilities specialist. Previous supervisory and team management experience. Autonomy / Proactivity / Leadership / Teamwork.
Experience
in communicating across disciplines such as facilities, electrical, HVAC, hydraulics, mechanical, compressors, utilities, and automation. Knowledge and interpretation of single-line diagrams (AutoCAD). E
Experience
in project management.
Experience
in budget management. Knowledge of ISO 9001 and 50001 - corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance. Intermediate English proficiency.
