What you need Master Data majors targeted: Big Data, Databases, Management, Innovation Management or related field Currently working on completion of a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree Minimum academic requirements: students in their final year of Bachelor’s degree Commitment to a 3-month, flexible program, minimum 20 hours/week Language requirement: fluent in English & nice to have: German, Spanish, Italian or French Must be eligible to work legally in Poland As a Discover intern, you will get to: Apply classroom knowledge in a fast-paced and growing industry setting Put people first, and gain valuable experience as a result Implement new ideas, be constantly challenged, and develop your skills Network with key/high-level stakeholders and leaders of the business Be a part of an innovative team and culture As a Discover Vendor Master Data intern, you will: Process incoming requests in alignment with SLA requirements, policies, and guidelines Identify opportunities for process standardization and continuous improvement Collaborate with various departments and proactively manage stakeholder relationships Maintain a quality-focused culture within the team Prepare and maintain relevant SOX controls and documentation Perform tasks within the scope of services, including Vendor and Employee Master Data Maintenance, Chart of Accounts updates, intercompany Vendor/Customer maintenance, and project code management Poland Pay Ranges: Poland: 31,40 PLN hourly If you’d like to learn more about the compensation associated with this opportunity, your recruiter will be happy to walk you through the details as you progress through the hiring process. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
