As an Associate Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in transforming demand signals into executable supply plans, balancing service, inventory, capacity, and cost while partnering with leaders across the organization. This role offers strong visibility, exposure to business decision-making, and opportunities to influence supply chain performance through data-driven planning and continuous improvement. What You Will Do Develop and manage supply plans for assigned Finished Goods Operations portfolios, ensuring alignment with demand requirements and agreed service level targets. Analyze inventory, capacity, lead times, supply constraints, and business trade-offs to create executable and financially aligned supply plans. Evaluate supply plan impacts on inventory, cost, cash flow, and operational performance in partnership with Finance and Procurement teams. Represent supply plans, risks, constraints, and recovery scenarios during business and leadership reviews, providing clear recommendations and decision options. Identify supply risks, backorder drivers, and root causes, then lead mitigation actions and recovery planning to minimize business impact. Manage finished goods safety stock levels, supply execution activities, and capacity planning processes to support operational performance objectives. Monitor planning and procurement execution against approved plans, track key performance indicators, and drive corrective actions when targets are not met. Improve planning processes, master data quality, planning automation, and standardization initiatives to enhance efficiency and planning effectiveness. What You Will Need Required Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field. Minimum 1 year of experience in supply planning, demand planning, production planning, or a closely related supply chain function.

Experience

managing end-to-end supply planning activities, including inventory management, service level performance, capacity planning, and supply constraints.

Experience

using SAP-based planning systems, such as SAP ECC, SAP APO, SAP IBP, or equivalent enterprise planning solutions. Fluency in English, written and spoken. Preferred

Experience

supporting Finished Goods Operations, Original Equipment Manufacturing (OEM), or contract manufacturing environments.

Experience

participating in executive supply reviews, integrated business planning, or sales and operations planning processes.

Experience

supporting new product introductions, product transfers, supplier readiness activities, or supply chain change initiatives. These roles could have travel expectations, and you must work within the country of the job requisition location. Field-based – You can expect to regularly work a majority to 100% of time at customer facilities and has a set territory or expectation to travel within a set boundary. Almost all sales roles would likely be qualified as field-based. Onsite – Role is 100% located at a Stryker facility. Some ad hoc flexibility may be available depending on role, level, and job requirements. Manufacturing roles and any role that requires physical presence at the office would qualify under this category. Hybrid – You can expect to regularly work in both an alternate workplace and a Stryker facility. Roles that are partially remote or co-located would qualify as hybrid, and the expectation to be onsite would be defined and agreed upon by your manager/supervisor.
