Job Title: Community Outreach Program Coordinator- Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep Department: Medicine | IM Pulmonary Critical Care and Sleep The Community Outreach Program Coordinator serves as the central administrative and operational lead for the Comprehensive Lung Volume Reduction (LVR) Program within the Division of Pulmonary, Critical Care and Sleep Medicine, Department of Internal Medicine. As a nationally recognized leader in advanced COPD care, OSUWMC offers both surgical and bronchoscopic lung volume reduction options tailored to each patient’s clinical needs. In this role, the coordinator oversees the planning, execution, and continuous improvement of all educational, research, outreach, and program development activities that support the LVR Program. This position requires close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team—including pulmonology, thoracic surgery, interventional pulmonology, pulmonary rehabilitation, and nursing—to ensure seamless patient evaluation, timely completion of diagnostic testing, and effective communication across all program stakeholders. MINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. 2 years of relevant experience required. 2-4 years of relevant experience preferred. Advanced allied health degree/certification in relevant field or previous health care/clinical research experience or exposure may be preferred.
