Responsibilities

Grants Design and Resource Mobilization Specialist Location: Tegucigalpa, Honduras Job Porpuse: To lead proposal-development teams that may include internal as well as external members, and draft all or sections of high-quality proposals for institutional and private donors for amounts less than $5million. Support NO positioning and identification of new opportunities.

Education

Requirements

Degree in Project Management, International Cooperation, International Relations, Business Administration, or related fields.

Experience

Strong knowledge of systems, procedures, and general regulations of various international cooperation agencies. At least five (5) years of experience in the design, formulation, and management of development projects, using relevant methodologies and tools for national and international institutions. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to build strategic relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. Key Skills Bilingual (English and Spanish).
