Key Responsibilities: SEDE: POTRERILLOS, EL PARAÍSO Propósito del puesto Garantizar la implementación y el monitoreo del proyecto STRONG WOMEN STRONG WORLD: BEYOND ACCESS PROGRAM, asegurando los procesos de formación y fortalecimiento de capacidades de la población meta, en alineación con la estrategia institucional y mediante el trabajo articulado con actores clave y socios locales. Perfil requerido Formación académica Profesional universitario en áreas de Ciencias Sociales o afines. Experiencia Mínimo 3 años de experiencia en puestos similares. Experiencia en al menos dos de las siguientes áreas: Empoderamiento y emprendimiento de la mujer. Agua y saneamiento básico. Implementación de proyectos con enfoque de género e inclusión social. Experiencia trabajando en contextos rurales y urbanos. Experiencia con organizaciones de desarrollo comunitario y gobiernos locales. Requisitos adicionales Licencia y habilidad para conducir vehículo 4x4 y motocicleta. Inglés deseable.
