The primary responsibility of this role is to support the HRIS Manager in the maintenance and enhancement of our Workday Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, commitment to quality, and deep understanding of HR processes, data structures, and HRIS best practices, specifically targeting Workday. What You'll Do Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements. Configure and maintain the Workday HRIS system including business processes, condition rules, calculated fields, integrations, and security domains and roles. Assist with HRIS data migration and integration projects, ensuring data quality and system compatibility. Prepare and execute cross-application test scenarios with the HR team, ensuring all changes and enhancements are fully tested and meet all business requirements. Stay up to date with Workday releases and new features and assess their potential impact on our HR processes and systems. Develop and deliver training materials and user guides to educate HR staff and employees on HRIS functionality and best practices. Provide Tier 1 end-user support and troubleshooting for HRIS-related issues, including system errors, data discrepancies, and user access. Maintain documentation of HRIS processes, procedures, and system configurations. Conduct regular audits to ensure data accuracy and integrity within the HRIS system. Generate and analyze advanced reports, discovery boards, and dashboards to support HR and business decision-making. What You Need Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Workday HRIS Analyst or similar role Strong technical skills and proficiency in Workday Core HCM plus one or more other functional areas (e.g., Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Payroll, Advanced Compensation, Learning, Recruiting, Talent) Solid understanding of HR processes and best practices Experience with HRIS implementation, configuration, and maintenance Excellent decision-making, problem-solving, and analytical skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work with complex data sets Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong project management skills and ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion working with highly sensitive information Workday certification is preferred, but not required Who You'll Work With This position will report to the HRIS Manager. This position will have significant interactions with HR Executive Management as well as the entire HR team, IT team, and other key stakeholders.
