Job description

Business Systems Analyst: M-F/8-5/40hr/wk. Provide development & tech. support for accounting, payroll, HR, recruiting, & financial planning systems. Collaborate w/ stakeholders to collect list of ideas & potential projects to improve current systems, develop subject matter expertise on system capabilities, upgrades, & new releases. Analyze, configure, & release new features & enhancements, think creatively to design & create new ways to use system features, administer system security & user roles & assignments, provide end user support, incl. troubleshooting, report maintenance & development of reports & self-service reporting solutions. Analyze reporting needs, create specifications, & assist in the maintenance & development of reports & self-service reporting solutions, prepare ad-hoc reports & queries as needed, identify opportunities & implement changes to streamline reporting, develop & document administrative & maintenance processes & procedures, evaluate, test, trouble shoot, & deploy system updates, patches, & upgrades. Req.: B.S. in Computer Info. Sys., Business or related field; 4 yrs exp- Info. Sys. Or related field w/ Workday Administration incl. Adaptive Planning.
