For more details, please visit : www.piramalpharmasolutions.com Job Title Trainee - TSD Job Description The Trainee will support in technical activities, documentation, and process-related tasks within PDS/MMBB. This role involves learning and contributing to process development, scale-up support, basic engineering activities, and coordination for plant operations. Responsibilities: - Assist in scaling up new products from lab scale to plant scale, including participation in technology transfer, lab demonstrations, and process safety studies. Support the execution of trial and validation batches and help ensure timely completion. Help evaluate new product processes by performing basic feasibility checks process modifications, and simple engineering calculations. Assist in coordinating and executing new projects at pilot scale and during large-scale production shifts. Contribute to preparing and submitting HAZOP inputs, campaign reports, and other required documentation within deadlines. Support the preparation of technical documents such as PFDs, P&IDs, equipment suitability assessments, and HAZOP documentation under guidance. Perform basic engineering calculations like mass balance and energy balance as per project needs. Assist in conducting studies for new and ongoing projects, including preparing operational cost estimates. Support facility mapping for confirmed or high-probability projects and help assess feasibility for execution. Educational Qualification B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering Experience Freshers or up to 1 year of relevant industrial internship/training experience in API, pharmaceutical, chemical, or process industries.
