Be the First to Apply Job Description Senior Chief Manager - FinanceThe incumbent is responsible for leading the Sales Finance function by partnering with business leaders to drive profitable growth, strengthen financial governance, and enable data-driven decision-making. The role oversees budgeting, forecasting, pricing, commercial finance, trade spend management, sales incentive governance, profitability analysis, and financial controls across sales channels. As a strategic business partner, the incumbent provides actionable insights to optimize revenue, margins, and return on investment while ensuring compliance with financial policies and regulatory requirements. * Lead and manage all aspects of financial reporting, including monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to accounting standards * Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to optimize financial performance and mitigate risks. * Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and long-range financial planning processes, providing insightful analysis and recommendations to senior management. * Manage treasury functions, including cash flow management, working capital optimization, and foreign exchange exposure management. * Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations, tax laws, and internal controls. * Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions, including investment appraisals, cost-benefit analysis, and profitability studies. * Collaborate with various departments to drive financial discipline and efficiency across the organization. * Manage and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. * Liaise with auditors, tax authorities, and other external stakeholders. * Identify and implement opportunities for process improvements and automation within the finance function.
