Sr Quality Engineer
Job description
Job Responsibilities Creates new manual and automated test cases or scripts, likely with guidance from more experienced Quality Engineers Produces or collects all required metrics, reports, and audits for relevant work products according to process Maintains test cases or scripts and seeks to continuously improve product coverage Executes all assigned automated testing according to the schedule and productivity targets Escalates concerns about project/product/process quality in clear, timely, collaborative, constructive way Assists project manager in identifying data or metrics to maintain and to analyze and report against Leads root cause analysis identification and resolution Assists with change management and communicate the plans and results effectively to drive change Evaluates processes and products against applicable company and industry standards, and procedures Performs peer review, code review and sign-off of others work Work Arrangements Standard work week or as defined by assignment requirements Primarily works in standard office environment or remotely May require after-hours, on-call support and/or holidays On-call and after hours work during peak times including end of month/quarter/year; during this time PTO is limited to meet business needs Work Experience 4 - 7 years relevant work experience; 4-5 years at the Senior level or equivalent experience Preferred At Harris, we believe great people build great software.
