Role Summary The Global / US Senior Director, Insights, Analytics & Forecasting leads an integrated function that shapes strategy, quantifies opportunities and risks, and drives better business decisions across the TA / brand portfolio. The role brings together Business Insights, Advanced Analytics and Forecasting to provide a clear external perspective, evaluate strategic choices, and support forward-looking business planning. It combines analytical depth, executive influence and transformational leadership to turn insight into action, strengthen performance, and build future-ready capability through AI, digital innovation and talent development. Team Overview This role leads the US and Global TA / brand Insights, Analytics & Forecasting team, including Business Insights, Advanced Analytics and Forecasting specialists. Bachelor’s degree in science, business or a related field Significant pharmaceutical industry experience, including commercial strategy, insights, analytics or forecasting Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary teams across Insights, Analytics and Forecasting Strong strategic thinking, business acumen and ability to shape portfolio and brand decisions Track record of influencing senior stakeholders and translating analysis into action

Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours. Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. In addition, our positions offer a short-term incentive bonus opportunity; eligibility to participate in our equity-based long-term incentive program (salaried roles), to receive a retirement contribution (hourly roles), and commission payment eligibility (sales roles).
